LeaderVibe is more than Mike Brown Jr. While Mike serves as the lead voice, speaker, and coach, this work is rooted in family and built together. Led alongside his wife, Stacy Brown, and supported by their children Wyatt and Hayden Alexander, Colby Brown, and Abbie Brown, LeaderVibe reflects a shared commitment to purpose, service, and people.

Wyatt and Hayden are available both individually and alongside Mike as speakers and coaches, contributing to leadership workshops, coaching engagements, and speaking events with authenticity and heart. Stacy, Colby, and Abbie serve behind the scenes, ensuring excellence through planning, logistics, coordination, and technical support, making every engagement seamless and intentional.

LeaderVibe was quite literally born in the kitchen during conversations about life, faith, leadership, and purpose. It was there, alongside his bonus son Wyatt, that Mike began explaining the idea of God’s re-routing, how setbacks, loss, and unexpected turns can still lead us toward purpose. Those conversations became the foundation of LeaderVibe and the heart behind Mike’s book, Re-Routed. Today, that same kitchen-table honesty shapes how this family serves leaders, organizations, and communities with love, clarity, and conviction.
